How does the vhs work with the ares 1.0?
“I guzzle energy drinks like it’s my job” 😂 OK, While not an attachment….the rogue Indy tbar platform makes the overwise useless Rep rack mounted belt squat attachment actually usable in an insane way among other things. Goblet squats, those crazy narrow grip squats Samson does on a belt squat machine, deep cable RDLs, Belt Squats, single arm truly vertical cable curls. T bar rows etc..I had zero idea I’d like it so much! I have a plate loaded six post REP PR 5000 with a early model VTS lite on the front uprights. Love that thing! Very insightful take on home gym essentials! Thank you. 💪🏻
Would you go with the VTS over a conventional Smith?
I just just used a label to mark the holes for safety bar, etc. They don’t move, and can label as many holes as needed. I bought a few sets of used J-hooks for cheap and just leave them in the heights for squat, bench, etc.
