  1. For men d aspartic acid, right now I’m taking maca, ginkgo, ginseng, Lutein, liquid B12 but I don’t think it’s the complex and a supplement that’s called energy now that they sell at the convenience stores that’s a energy blend it has panax ginseng guarana ginkgo green tea extract I think and taurine and some others I can’t remember at the moment.
I tried the ashwagandha but I don’t think it did anything nothing noticeable happened just made my stomach upset.
But you want to be getting a good brand now brand is the brand that I always go to.

  2. I used to take a multivitamin but I didn’t really feel anything but it’s not necessarily going to make you feel any better I don’t think noticeably I’m going to try this l tyrosine I’ve taken it before in other blends of supplements but let’s see what this specifically does another one that is good as l arginine and I’citrulline I’m going to try those next too.
But remember it’s supposed to take up to 6 months for the supplements actually to start working after taking them every day and you don’t want to take them everyday take him six days a week and then give yourself a day break on Sunday or something.
