I have been taking 840 mg of magnesium bisglycinate, split into 7 doses throughout the day, for the past 3 months because of chronic nerve pain and the resulting chronic stress and anxiety. Itβs still not perfect, but it has definitely helped me feel calmer, and the stress and anxiety are now much more manageable.
Because of the potential cognitive benefits of L-threonate, I have recently started replacing 2 of the 7 bisglycinate doses with L-threonate. Iβll see over the next few weeks or months whether I notice any additional benefits or changes.
Didn’t understand magnesium properly until I realised it’s not just about sleep, it’s tied to vitamin D and DNA repair too.
not a word about calcium, the critical relationship with mag…their proper balance, regardless of mag source, is more important than what type of mag…just saying
