I have a question about the IsoMax platform. It is tearing up my old elite FTS bands. Do you think newer bands would be fine on the platform? Thanks
Just found a video about how to shorten bands. It saved me $100! “Double Wrap” which sounds easier, but easier to see it in person. For things like the westside barbell tricep (with the X3 bar), 41″ bands were too loose. This saved me. FYI: https://youtu.be/NNGUW9oHKEs?si=7p6xdyA6IpfNQZ2r
Could you do an awesome work out with and with out a bar please
Personally I would say the cyber plate is the best you can get for quality and how thought out the product is on rollers, combining with the stiff, tough bands they use. But very expensive for many people. For me I didn’t care because it’s my main training, but no doubt it’s extremely expensive.
Next I would say the Clench bar is quite good but using some better bands than their originals, that would be my number 2 choice.
Then probably the X3 systems are solid you know what you’re getting there they’ve been doing that narrow setup for a long time now and it’s good.
X3 has 34” paraforce bands now
